Having parted ways with Molefi Ntseki last month, Kaizer Chiefs are now in search of a head coach.
Pitso Mosimane has been the name that has been doing most rounds in the past weeks. The 59-year-old recently left United Arab Emirates side Al Wahda and is currently on the market.

According to reports, Kaizer Chiefs are keen to bring in the former Bafana Bafana coach but Mosimane’s price tag could put off the club’s management. Mosimane wants to bring his technical team wherever he goes, and that will mean Amakhosi will need to go all out to bring the ex-Mamelodi Sundowns to Naturena.
Kaizer Chiefs told to break the bank for Pitso
Former Chiefs goalkeeper Brian Baloyi says the club should ‘break the bank’ for Pitso.
“He’s at the top of my list. In fact, he’s my number one, two, three and four for the Chiefs position.

Kaizer Chiefs have struggled this season and even with Cavin Johnson taking over as interim coach, the club has failed to get results.
“That’s what top coaches do throughout the world,” Baloyi said.
“In the past we [Chiefs] were able to get coaches from Europe who brought their own teams. SA should long have embraced this and we wouldn’t have this coaching merry-go-round.
“Coaches must work with their own teams. I would encourage PSL coaches to all follow this Pitso model of surrounding yourself with people you trust,” said the former Kaizer Chiefs keeper.
