Confirmed: Another Kaizer Chiefs star to miss Chippa match

Kaizer Chiefs get their 2023/24 DStv Premiership campaign underway against Chippa United this evening.

Molefi Ntseki takes charge of his first official Amakhosi match as head coach at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Ntseki will be desperate to start the season off with nothing less than a victory against a surprisingly confident Chippa United side.

“The expectation is always to win a trophy every season. Yes Kaizer Chiefs have been struggling in the past but we’ve got another opportunity this season to go out and get a trophy.

“We’ve got four competitions that we can challenge for, so we just have to grind and take each game as it comes. Hopefully come the end of the season we’d have lifted one or two trophies.”
