Kaizer Chiefs target one step closer to dream Amakhosi move!

Kaizer Chiefs transfer target Pule Mmodi has left Golden Arrows!

The Bafana Bafana winger has been linked with a blockbuster move to Naturena during recent weeks.

Mmodi spent the last three seasons at Durban side Golden Arrows, scoring 16 goals and assisting five more in 92 appearances.

Arrows officially confirmed the departure of the Amakhosi bound winger on Friday afternoon!

Kaizer Chiefs target leaves Golden Arrows!

“We bid Pule Mmodi farewell and thank him for his services to the Club. Joining us in the 2020/21 season, he was instrumental in 92 League & cup games up to the end of last season. He scored 16 goals & assisted in many more. We wish him good luck in his future endeavors.” the club said on Social media.

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Dumisani Zuma looks set to be a free agent once again.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic star was released by Chiefs at the end of last season due to reported disciplinary issues.

Football is an unforgiving sport, especially when it comes to discipline however AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu rushed to give the Amakhosi bad-boy a second chance.

Zuma however failed to re-pay his boss with anything on the field of play, scoring just one goal in 23 appearances for Usuthu.

The latest reports suggest the club have run out of patience with him and he’s on his way out at AmaZulu. Zuma spent just one season at the club, after joining them from Kaizer Chiefs.

“Dumisani Zuma is expected to leave AmaZulu upon the expiry of his contract at the end of June having failed to stop a disappointing trend about his game time contribution.” a SoccerLaduma report read.
